10 min job to replace reed plate. Sounds good with new one in. Took longer than expected to arrive. Was disappointed the original reed broke as it was only around 3 months old. Having said that info like these harps.
I ordered two replacement reed plates (paddy Ab and Dm) and Mars2 in paddy F#. OUT OF THE THREE, ONLY Dm is good . Paddy Ab (reed plates only) and MARS2 IN PADDY F# were not in tuned. imcopletely tuned. I WAS TRYING TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICES VIA CHAT since the day i received them, They completely ignored me. i even try to reach out via AMAZON site but never reply
