I bought this directly from Konsheng, and I tried cancelling the order. via email. I got no response. I tried again. No response. The instrument arrived, and I thought I would just keep it, but the 4-hole blow (E on this harmonica) sounds horrible, with a clanky stuck reed.. I tried contacting them again to have it replaced. Still no response.
If the only way I can contact them is via email, and they don't respond to email, then they are not trying very hard at all. I either want a full refund, a partial refund so I can get the harmonic fixed, or I want to exchange it for another one that is in perfect working order.
I’m pleased. I also have the Lyra 16 hole and it’s very good. I wanted to get this before Trump starts the trade tariffs which won’t do anyone any good.
A work of art. Just music to my ears. A master piece Orchestra tuned just adds that extra range.
Pourquoi ne produisez vous pas un hramonica LYRA 12 trous orchestra avec le corps en acrylique. Gain de poids et et départ en G3 !!!! Mon rêve ( J'ai déjà le C et le A OR)
I have both the 12 and 16 edition of the Lyra. Great construction and great sound.
