I can't give you an honest rating for the harmonica as I still have not received the harmonica. The poor rating above is for the shipping time which seems excessively long, considering that I don't know when or if I will ever get my package.
Lyra - well made beautiful to look at and sounds great.
I bought this directly from Konsheng, and I tried cancelling the order. via email. I got no response. I tried again. No response. The instrument arrived, and I thought I would just keep it, but the 4-hole blow (E on this harmonica) sounds horrible, with a clanky stuck reed.. I tried contacting them again to have it replaced. Still no response.
If the only way I can contact them is via email, and they don't respond to email, then they are not trying very hard at all. I either want a full refund, a partial refund so I can get the harmonic fixed, or I want to exchange it for another one that is in perfect working order.
I’m pleased. I also have the Lyra 16 hole and it’s very good. I wanted to get this before Trump starts the trade tariffs which won’t do anyone any good.
A work of art. Just music to my ears. A master piece Orchestra tuned just adds that extra range.
